What Makes This Role Different?
You will own high-value enterprise accounts end-to-end.
You will engage directly with CXOs, Procurement Heads, and Operations Leaders.
You will shape enterprise go-to-market strategy.
You will build and scale the enterprise sales motion.
You will work closely with founders and product leadership.
This is not a volume-driven sales role.
This is about building strategic accounts and predictable enterprise revenue.
Enterprise Revenue Ownership
Drive acquisition of large manufacturing enterprises and build a strong pipeline of strategic accounts. Own the end-to-end sales lifecycle from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closure, delivering predictable quarterly and annual enterprise revenue.
Strategic Account Selling
Navigate complex buying committees and multi-layer approvals. Lead consultative conversations to understand procurement and supply chain challenges, positioning the platform as a strategic solution and structuring commercials for long-term account growth.
Enterprise GTM and Market Expansion
Identify high-potential segments and priority accounts. Execute focused account-based strategies and outbound efforts to build a balanced pipeline of high-value opportunities.
Sales Process and Operational Excellence
Ensure strong qualification discipline, CRM hygiene, and pipeline visibility. Improve win rates through structured deal reviews and scalable sales playbooks.
Leadership and Cross-Functional Influence
Support and mentor the growing enterprise sales team. Work closely with Product and Operations to align market feedback with roadmap priorities and ensure smooth client onboarding.

An Ideal candidate
5 to 8 years of experience in Business Development and Sales
Understanding of project supply chain management, specifically inspection and expediting services will be a major advantage.
Proven sales track record and a can-do attitude.
Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage complex projects, work independently and handle multiple tasks.
Should be target driven and able to work in a fast paced environment with deadlines.
