BD Client Sales
Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad/Chennai/Delhi/NCR
Reports To:Sandesh Paturi (Co-Founder)
Enterprise Revenue Ownership
Drive business development activities and revenue growth across assigned industrial and EPC accounts.
Identify, pursue, and convert opportunities for machinery, industrial equipment, manufacturing solutions, and associated service offerings.
Develop and maintain relationships with EPC contractors, OEMs, procurement teams, project stakeholders, and industrial clients.
Manage the complete sales lifecycle including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, commercial discussions, negotiation, and closure.
Work closely with engineering, procurement, quality, and project teams to align customer requirements and solution delivery.
Build and execute account development strategies for existing and new customers.
Understand project pipelines, procurement cycles, and market opportunities to proactively position solutions.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution and customer satisfaction.
Prepare business forecasts, sales reports, pipeline updates, and market intelligence inputs.
Represent the organization during client meetings, industry events, and commercial discussions.

An Ideal candidate
5 to 8 years of experience in Business Development and Sales
Understanding of project supply chain management, specifically inspection and expediting services will be a major advantage.
Proven sales track record and a can-do attitude.
Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage complex projects, work independently and handle multiple tasks.
Should be target driven and able to work in a fast paced environment with deadlines.
