## Position Overview
As a Software Engineering Intern at Venwiz, you'll work directly with our engineering team on developing and enhancing solutions at the intersection of procurement and artificial intelligence. This hands-on role offers valuable experience with real-world business problems while providing mentorship and growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.
## Responsibilities
• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and maintain software applications
• Assist in building and improving features for our procurement platform
• Contribute to backend development using Python or Node.js
• Work with MongoDB databases to store and retrieve data efficiently
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
• Help troubleshoot and resolve software issues
• Document code and development processes
## Required Qualifications
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Experience with either Python or Node.js programming
• Basic knowledge of MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Self-motivated with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
## Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with some web development frameworks (Django, Flask, Express.js, etc.)
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
