Job description:
- Support and oversee MEP system installation and execution at site, ensuring smooth day-to-day progress.
- Coordinate with design teams, EPC contractors, vendors, and clients to maintain alignment and timely delivery.
- Review drawings (GA, shop drawings) and ensure site execution is in line with approved plans.
- Apply working knowledge of HVAC, fire-fighting, plumbing, and electrical distribution systems during execution.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, cleanroom requirements, and safety standards.
- Monitor work quality, progress, and timelines, and proactively highlight any gaps or delays.
- Assist in planning and execution of MEP activities for greenfield and brownfield projects.
- Support testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP and HVAC systems.
- Maintain ISO cleanroom conditions and monitor temperature, humidity, airflow, and particle levels.
- Support troubleshooting of HVAC and environmental control systems during installation and testing.
- Assist in QA/QC checks, material inspections, and adherence to PTW procedures.
- Maintain accurate site documentation, DPRs, and coordination records, supporting project milestones and upgrades.
- Working Days : Monday to Saturday
