About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Senior Civil Engineer to oversee and
execute construction activities (Civil + minor Structural) for industrial projects. The candidate
should possess strong site execution, contractor management, quality control, and project
coordination skills. Experience in Compressed Bio Gas (CBG) projects will be an added
advantage.

Location - Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh
Key Responsibilities
Track all civil construction activities at the project site.
Ensure construction activities are carried out as per project schedule.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to
ensure timely execution.
Monitor daily site progress and prepare progress reports, look-ahead plans, and
resource deployment plans.
Identify project risks, delays, and technical issues, and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Process teams for
smooth execution of interfacing activities.
Monitor material availability and proper utilization of resources.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech.).
8–10 years of experience in industrial construction projects.
Experience in EPC, process plants, renewable energy, chemical, oil & gas, or
infrastructure projects is preferred.
Experience in Compressed Bio Gas (CBG) projects will be highly preferred.
Required Skills
Contractor and subcontractor management.
Project planning and progress monitoring.
Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and MS Project/Primavera (preferred).
Knowledge of Planning, Scheduling, Tracking of construction activities.
Knowledge of MS Project and Prime-vira shall be added advantage for selection
Knowledge of Structural minor steel works and Mechanical equipment erection shall
be additional advantage
