Role Overview:
We’re looking for a highly driven and hands-on Growth Manager to join our marketing team. This is a junior role ideal for someone with a strong foundation in performance marketing and account-based marketing (ABM), who is ready to take ownership and scale user acquisition across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Meta platforms to drive pipeline and engagement.
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to create and manage Named Account Lists (NALs) for ABM campaigns.
Build, run, and iterate on ABM programs including personalization, outreach, and targeted messaging to key accounts.
Monitor KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and generate actionable insights to continuously improve ROI.
Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to ensure marketing assets align with campaign goals.
Experiment with new channels, creative formats, and targeting strategies to uncover growth opportunities.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, or any performance tracking platform.
A proactive, test-and-learn mindset with strong attention to detail and
execution.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
1–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and/or ABM, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment.
Proven ability to manage paid media campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, andMeta.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms like
HubSpot or Salesforce.
